Need:  A way to control airborne fugitive emissions during discharge of vessels.
Solution:  We designed and built a portable dust collection system mounted on a hopper. The use of the system is included in the state's approved air permit. Dry fine-grained material can now be discharged efficiently with minimal fugitive dust emissions.

Need:  Our customer's slurry converyor system was experienceing problems with material caking in the silo.  This resulted in a need for an improved system to eliminate system down time.
Solution:  We designed and built a belt conveyor system that utilized some of the plants exiting infrastructure and efficiently moved the dry material without caking.

Need:  A method for grinding material that had hardened in supersacks prior to shipment to the customer's destinations.
Solution:  We developed a system that delumps the material by utilizing a forklift mounted box clamp and a customized grinder.  This process returns the material to a free flowing form and has the additional benefit of allowing the reuse of the supersack.
